A gluten-free powdered mix for preparing spoon desserts such as mousses, Bavarian creams, crème caramel and many other creations. A versatile base, perfect also when paired with Cremadelizia to create original variations ideal for themed snacks or refined end-of-meal desserts. Serving tip: let the dessert rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Ingredients:
250 g Babbi Home Bakery Mousse Mix
1 L fresh cream
Preparation:
Place 250 g of Babbi Home Bakery Mousse Mix in a bowl and add the fresh cream at room temperature.
Mix with an electric whisk for a few minutes until the texture becomes light and airy.
Flavour the mousse as desired by adding 250–300 g of Babbi Cremadelizia to 1,250 g of prepared mousse.
Pour the mousse into cups or glasses, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving, and decorate as desired with Babbi Cremadelizia, sprinkles or fresh fruit.
