Ingredients
- 170 g Flour 00
- 170 g Sugar
- 25 g Unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tablespoon Bicarbonate of Soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 220 ml Orange juice
- 35 ml Seed oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Cremadelizia Pistacchio Babbi
Preparation
- Put flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and bicarbonate into a bowl and mix with a spatula.
- Add the orange juice, oil and vinegar and mix with a whisk.
- Grease an oven tray 20×20 cm and pour in the mixture.
- Add two tablespoons of Cremadelizia Pistacchio Babbi and mix using the whisk.
- Bake in a preheated oven 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
