Cremadelizia Biscokrok Roll



  • Whip the egg whites and sugar in a planetary mixer.
  • Then add the beaten egg yolks, mixing from top to bottom, and finally the flour, always stirring.
  • Roll out the dough on a baking tray covered with paper, bake for 5 minutes at 230 °C.
  • Once cooked, wrap it in a clean, damp cloth for a couple of hours, then open it again, fill it with Cremadelizia Biscokrok Babbi and close it again.
