- 75 g Babbi Dark Chocolate Cream (Cioccodelizia Fondente Babbi)
- 120 ml milk
- 200 ml cream
- 60 g sugar
- 1 scant teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 egg yolks
For the final decoration:
- Babbi Pine Nut Cream (Cremadelizia Pinoli Babbi)
- Babbi Cannoli

- In a bowl, whip the cream (it’s best to use cold cream from the fridge), then add the Babbi Dark Chocolate Cream and mix to combine until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Combine the two mixtures, mixing well. Pour the mixture into a 22 cm ring mold.
- Let it rest in the freezer overnight.
- When ready to serve, remove from the mold and decorate with Babbi Pine Nut Cream and Babbi Cannoli for the perfect combination.
