Gluten-free Cioccodelizia doughnuts

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g rice flour
  • 100 g almond flour
  • 40 g Cioccodelizia Babbi
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • 60 ml milk
  • 1/2 sachet baking powder

Preparation

  • Whip the eggs and sugar
  • Add the oil
  • Add the sifted flours with the Cioccodelizia Babbi and the baking powder, alternated with the milk
  • Fill the bottom half of a silicone doughnut mould with the dough.
  • Bake at 170 degrees in a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes
  • Remove from the oven and serve with icing sugar
