Ciocco Mousse

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 200gr  Crema Spalmabile Cacao BABBI

Preparation

  • Separate the yolks and the egg whites. In a bowl, beat the whites until stiff.
  • Dissolve Crema Spalmabile al Cacao BABBI in a bain-marie then add the yolks and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture onto the egg whites and then fold in gently with a spatula.
  • Spoon the mousse into dessert bowls. Allow to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
