White Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 160 g sugar
  • 1 Cioccodelizia Bianca Babbi sachet
  • 2 tea spoons yeast
  • 1/2 tea spoon baking soda
  • 250 ml milk
  • 90 ml seed oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 vanilla aroma

Preparation

  • Pour all the dry ingredients into a bowl, add the Cioccodelizia Bianca Babbi and mix.
  • Pour the liquid ingredients into a measuring cup and mix, adding the egg.
  • Quickly combine dry and wet ingredients: the dough must be grainy.
  • Fill the baking cups and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
