Coconut Water and White Chocolate Cake

Preparation

  • Mix together flour, sugar, yeast, grated coconut and Cioccodelizia Bianca Babbi.
  • Add the coconut water and the oil. Stir the mixture until it becomes foamy.
  • Pour the mixture in the cake mould.
  • Cook for 45 minutes at 180°.
  • Powder it with icing sugar.
