Vegan Pistachio and Pear Cake

Ingredients
- 200 g type “1” flour
- 100 g natural brown sugar
- 100 ml rice drink
- 40 ml seed oil
- 50 g Pasta di Pistacchio Babbi Home Bakery (pistachio paste)
- 8 g baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons pistachio granules
- 1 large kaiser pear

Preparation
- Pour the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder into a bowl.
- Add the soft margarine and mix.
- Add the rice drink and Pasta di Pistacchio Babbi Home Bakery (pistachio paste).
- Grease and flour a 22 cm diameter baking tray and pour in the dough.
- Cut the pear into slices and place them in the dough in a radial pattern.
- Complete with pistachio granules.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
- Allow the cake to cool before removing from the baking tray.
