Cremadelizia Biscokrok Roll

Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons of Cremadelizia biscokrok Babbi
- 90 g egg yolks
- 135 g egg whites
- 125 g flour
- 125 g sugar
Preparation
- Whip the egg whites and sugar in a planetary mixer.
- Then add the beaten egg yolks, mixing from top to bottom, and finally the flour, always stirring.
- Roll out the dough on a baking tray covered with paper, bake for 5 minutes at 230 °C.
- Once cooked, wrap it in a clean, damp cloth for a couple of hours, then open it again, fill it with Cremadelizia Biscokrok Babbi and close it again.
