Roll with Cremadelizia Cocoa spread

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 15 g baking powder
- 70 g sugar
- 70 g milk
- 100 g melted lard (or butter)
- 500 g flour
- Cremadelizia Biscokrok Babbi
Preparation
- Mix the eggs and sugar. Add the lard and milk and keep stirring.
- Sift the flour and add it to the mixture and knead with your hands until you get a ball.
- Roll out the dough in the shape of a rectangle (½ cm thick) and spread Cremadelizia Biscokrok Babbi over it.
- Roll up the dough and brush it with milk and sugar.
- Bake at 180 ºC for about 40 minutes.
