Pistachio Mousse for Panettone

Ingredients
- 250g Preparato per Mousse Babbi Home Bakery (mousse mix)
- 1 l fresh cream
- 2 tablespoons/50 g Pasta di Pistacchio Babbi Home Bakery (pistachio paste)
- Pistachio granules, to taste
Preparation
- Pour the Preparato per Mousse Babbi Home Bakery (mousse mix) into a bowl and add the fresh cream at room temperature.
- Mix with an electric whisk for a few minutes until compact.
- Flavour with about 2 tablespoons of Pasta di Pistacchio Babbi Home Bakery (pistachio paste) to make the mousse even more delicious!
- Pour the mousse into a cup or glass, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Decorate with pistachio granules.
