Pistachio and orange vegan Cake

Ingredients

  • 170 g Flour 00
  • 170 g Sugar
  • 25 g Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon Bicarbonate of Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 220 ml Orange juice
  • 35 ml Seed oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Cremadelizia Pistacchio Babbi 

Preparation

  • Put flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and bicarbonate into a bowl and mix with a spatula.
  • Add the orange juice, oil and vinegar and mix with a whisk.
  • Grease an oven tray 20×20 cm and pour in the mixture.
  • Add two tablespoons of Cremadelizia Pistacchio Babbi and mix using the whisk.
  • Bake in a preheated oven 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
