Chocolate Mousse with biscuits and chocolate chips

Ingredients

  • 200 g of liquid fresh cream
  • 100 g Crema Cacao Babbi
  • crushed biscuits and dark chocolate chips for decorating

Preparation

  • Whip the cream but not until stiff, it must still be creamy in order to make the dessert creamy.  If the cream is whipped until too stiff the mousse could be too heavy.
  • Slightly warm the Crema Cacao Babbi if too dense, then gently fold in, moving from the bottom to the top, the whipped cream to Crema Cacao Babbi until the mixture is smooth and even.
  • Cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Mix the crushed biscuits with a few spoonfuls of Crema Cacao Babbi; this should result in a rather thick paste that will be placed on the bottom of the jars.
  • Cover with the mousse and then decorate with the remaining crushed biscuits and dark chocolate chips.
