Mini brownies with black cherry mousse

Ingredients
- 200 g Preparato per Brownies Babbi Home Bakery
- 100 g melted butter
- 2 small eggs
- 30 g 90% dark chocolate
- 250 g Preparato per Mousse Babbi Home Bakery
- 1 generous spoon of Salsa di amarena
- 1 l fresh cream

Preparation
Brownies:
- Pour the Preparato per Brownies Babbi Home Bakery (brownie mix) into a bowl and add the melted butter and dark chocolate, then add the 2 eggs.
- Mix the mixture until smooth, pour into a buttered mould (18×18 cm) and level off.
- Bake a at 170°C (ventilated oven) or 180°C (static oven) for about 25 minutes.
- While the brownies are baking, prepare the black cherry and blackberry Mousse.
Black cherry and blackberry mousse:
- Pour the Preparato per Mousse Babbi Home Bakery (mousse mix) into a bowl and add the room temperature fresh cream.
- Mix with an electric whisk for a few minutes until compact.
- Add a generous spoonful of Salsa di Amarene (black cherry sauce) and 7-8 blackberries.
Composition:
- Once baked, remove the brownies from the oven and allow to cool.
- Cut the brownies into squares and fill them with the Black Cherry and Blackberry Mousse using a pastry bag.
- To decorate, add blackberries and fresh mint leaves to taste.
