Mini brownies with black cherry mousse

Preparation

Brownies:

  • Pour the Preparato per Brownies Babbi Home Bakery (brownie mix) into a bowl and add the melted butter and dark chocolate, then add the 2 eggs.
  • Mix the mixture until smooth, pour into a buttered mould (18×18 cm) and level off.
  • Bake a at 170°C (ventilated oven) or 180°C (static oven) for about 25 minutes.
  • While the brownies are baking, prepare the black cherry and blackberry Mousse.

 

Black cherry and blackberry mousse:

  • Pour the Preparato per Mousse Babbi Home Bakery (mousse mix) into a bowl and add the room temperature fresh cream.
  • Mix with an electric whisk for a few minutes until compact.
  • Add a generous spoonful of Salsa di Amarene (black cherry sauce) and 7-8 blackberries.

 

Composition:

  • Once baked, remove the brownies from the oven and allow to cool.
  • Cut the brownies into squares and fill them with the Black Cherry and Blackberry Mousse using a pastry bag.
  • To decorate, add blackberries and fresh mint leaves to taste.
