Gluten-free Christmas biscuits

Preparation

  • Pour the Preparato per Biscotti senza glutine Babbi Home Bakery (gluten-free cookie mix) into a bowl, add the butter, sugar, cinnamon and egg yolks and mix well.
  • Form a dough ball and place it on a sheet of baking paper.
  • Flatten it with a rolling pin and then let it firm up in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough to a height of about 3 mm and cut it out with a biscuit cutter. (P.S. If you want to hang the biscuits on the tree, don’t forget to make a small hole for the ribbon to pass through)!
  • Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
  • Thread on the ribbon, tie a knot and your biscuits are ready to hang!
  • If you want to fill them, melt the white chocolate in a microwave or bain-marie, add the hot cream and Salsa di Lampone Babbi Home Bakery (raspberry sauce).
  • Mix well until smooth.
  • Stuff the biscuits and pair them up.
