Preparation

  • Pour the Preparato per Crostata Babbi Home Bakery (tart mix) into a bowl.
  • Add the cubed butter and sugar; mix until a sandy consistency is obtained.
  • Add the eggs and mix until smooth.
  • Make a dough, cover with cling film and leave to rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.
  • Roll out the dough and cut out the tartlets to the size of the mould. Use the remaining shortcrust pastry to create strips or decorations to put on top of the chocolate.
  • Bake at 170°C (ventilated oven) or 180°C (static oven) for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Fill the tartlet with Cremadelizia Cacao Babbi (cocoa spread) or other flavours from Babbi’s gluten-free range.
