Vegan granola tarts with Babbi Pistachio Cremadelizia

Ingredients

  • 70 g of granola
  • 30 g of coconut oil
  • 200 g of coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup (optional)
  • Blueberries, raspberries, cherries
  • Babbi Cremadelizia Pistachio
  • Pistachio grains

Preparation

  • Reduce the granola to powder, add the melted coconut oil and distribute in the ceramic molds and put in the fridge for 10 minutes
  • Take the coconut milk poured from the liquid and whisk it until creamy
  • Spread the cream over the base and decorate with the red fruits
  • Add the Cremadelizia Pistachio and the pistachio grains
  • Refrigerate for an hour
