Cold tart with Pine Nut Spread and Bananas

Ingredients

  • 100 g cocoa biscuits
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 bananas
  • Cremadelizia Pinoli Babbi to taste
  • 2 spoons cane sugar
  • 2 spoons water
  • hazelnuts granules to taste

Preparation

  • Chop the biscuits with a blender, add the melted butter and mix until you get a compact dough.
  • Line a rectangular tart pan lined with parchment paper, spreading the dough with a spoon to make it compact. Let it cool for at least 2-3 hours.
  • Prepare the bananas: in a saucepan, let the sugar melt with the water, then cut the bananas into thick slices and add them to the syrup. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Fill the biscuit base with Cremadelizia Pinoli Babbi, decorate with banana slices and chopped hazelnuts.
