Cold tart with Pine Nut Spread and Bananas

Ingredients
- 100 g cocoa biscuits
- 50 g butter
- 2 bananas
- Cremadelizia Pinoli Babbi to taste
- 2 spoons cane sugar
- 2 spoons water
- hazelnuts granules to taste
Preparation
- Chop the biscuits with a blender, add the melted butter and mix until you get a compact dough.
- Line a rectangular tart pan lined with parchment paper, spreading the dough with a spoon to make it compact. Let it cool for at least 2-3 hours.
- Prepare the bananas: in a saucepan, let the sugar melt with the water, then cut the bananas into thick slices and add them to the syrup. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Fill the biscuit base with Cremadelizia Pinoli Babbi, decorate with banana slices and chopped hazelnuts.
