Vegan hot chocolate with candy cane and pistachio

Ingredients

  • 400 ml Almond Milk
  • 3-4 leaves Fresh Mint
  • 2 sachets Cioccodelizia Fondente Babbi Vegan
  • 1-2 Candy Canes
  • 50 g Non hydrogenated vegan whipping cream or coconut cream
  • 2 spoonfuls Crema Spalmabile Babbi al Pistacchio (Pistachio Spread)

Preparation

  • In a small saucepan, allow the milk to come to the boil with the fresh mint..
  • When the milk boils, remove the mint.
  • Add the sachets of Cioccodelizia Fondente Babbi Vegan. Mix briskly with a whisk to eliminate lumps.
  • Replace the saucepan on the fire and return to the boil.
  • Remove from the fire and add Crema Spalmabile Babbi al Pistacchio. Mix well.
  • Cut up the candy cane with a knife or crush using the bottom of a glass.
  • Whip the non-hydrogenated coconut or soy cream.
