Vegan hot chocolate with candy cane and pistachio

Ingredients
- 400 ml Almond Milk
- 3-4 leaves Fresh Mint
- 2 sachets Cioccodelizia Fondente Babbi Vegan
- 1-2 Candy Canes
- 50 g Non hydrogenated vegan whipping cream or coconut cream
- 2 spoonfuls Crema Spalmabile Babbi al Pistacchio (Pistachio Spread)
Preparation
- In a small saucepan, allow the milk to come to the boil with the fresh mint..
- When the milk boils, remove the mint.
- Add the sachets of Cioccodelizia Fondente Babbi Vegan. Mix briskly with a whisk to eliminate lumps.
- Replace the saucepan on the fire and return to the boil.
- Remove from the fire and add Crema Spalmabile Babbi al Pistacchio. Mix well.
- Cut up the candy cane with a knife or crush using the bottom of a glass.
- Whip the non-hydrogenated coconut or soy cream.
- Pour the hot chocolate into a cup, add the whipped cream and decorate with candy cane chips.
