Pancakes with Crema Biscokrok

Ingredients

  • 120 g Flour 00
  • 1 teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 20 g Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Cremadelizia Biscokrok Babbi

Preparation

  • In a bowl, sift the flour with bicarbonate and salt and add the sugar, baking powder and the egg. Mix with a whisk.
  • Pour in the milk and continue to mix until a paste forms. Then add a large teaspoon of crema delizia babbi and mix well.
  • For the sauce: add 2 tablespoons of Cremadelizia Biscokrok Babbi and 2 tablespoons of milk and warm in a saucepan (or in the microwave). Add more milk depending on the desired thickness and pour into a small milk jug.
  • Stack the pancakes as desired and serve with the hazelnut sauce, decorate with fresh fruit (currants are ideal as they are fresh and acidic).
