100 g Cremadelizia Biscokrok Babbi
400 g dry biscuits
2 eggs
100 g sugar
150 g dark chocolate
50 g butter
Preparation
- Chop 400 g of dry biscuits, add the two eggs, the sugar and the Cremadelizia Biscokrok Babbi.
- Melt 50 g of dark chocolate with the butter and the remaining chocolate in a small saucepan, break it into pieces and add it to the prepared mixture.
- Shape the dough into a cylindrical shape and wrap it in parchment paper.
- Put in the freezer for about 4 hours to make it harden.
