- 100g Cremadelizia Pistachio Babbi
- 50g Puffed quinoa

- Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in the microwave (or over a bain marie) together with the Cremadelizia Pistacchio Babbi.
- Add the puffed quinoa and mix.
- Divide the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before unmolding the bars and tasting them
