Bars with Babbi Pistachio and puffed quinoa



  • Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in the microwave (or over a bain marie) together with the Cremadelizia Pistacchio Babbi.
  • Add the puffed quinoa and mix.
  • Divide the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before unmolding the bars and tasting them.
