A New Way of Making Cakes

Babbi Dolce Pizza was created from a collaboration between Babbi and NIPfood (Nazionale Italiana Pizzaioli) to enhance Italian History, Culture and Gastronomy in the World.
It is a project arising from the synergy between Dovilio Nardi and Gianni Babbi leading to a new way of preparing desserts by combining the techniques of Pizzeria and Pastry making: Pastizzeria.

A new format to implement pastry techniques in pizzerias, allowing fresh and creative desserts to be served while developing new market channels.
