Team Japan claimed the top spot at the 2024 Asian Pastry Cup, the regional selection that opens the door to the prestigious Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie final, scheduled to take place in Lyon from January 23 to 27, 2025, during the Sirha trade show. This remarkable achievement reaffirms Japan’s excellence in the art of pastry, celebrated during the competition held on October 23 and 24 at the Food and Hotel Asia (FHA) Show in Singapore.

The jury, composed of renowned pastry chefs, also included members of the International Organizing Committee, Frédéric Cassel and Marc Rivière, who evaluated the creations with expertise and rigor.
