Still very young, he worked in the world of catering in Australia and then in Thailand, thus discovering that among the various arts of cooking, the one he loved most was Artisan Gelato.

So he decided to devote himself to the study of Artisan Gelato Art and in 2019 he joined Babbi family.

After a complete preparation with the courses of the Attilio Babbi Academy he takes part in the BABBI ASIA project.

He currently lives in Bangkok where he assists customers in the Asia-Pacific market
