For about 10 years, Gaetano participated in training courses to refine his professional skills and knowledge to then become a trainer for Babbi, with which he has been collaborating since 2006. Great professionalism in supporting new openings and providing technical training in the laboratory.
Gelato maker since 1983, when Gaetano Lattarulo started working at a major gelateria in Novara at the early age of 17, discovering his passion for traditional Italian gelato. In 1987, he returned to Mottola (TA), took over a historic bar in the town centre and immediately turned it into Bar Gelateria LA CREMERIA GELATI, making gelatos and semifreddos that soon became among the most renowned and appreciated ones in the Taranto and Bari area.
In 2007, he moved his business to a production laboratory fitted with innovative equipment, greatly increasing the products range.
