TASTE 2025 – FLORENCE

From 7 to 9 February 2026, Babbi will take part in TASTE, the leading exhibition dedicated to contemporary food culture, now in its 19th edition, held at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence.

On this occasion, Babbi will present a selection of its Gourmet Confectionery Specialities made with wafer and chocolate, an expression of a tradition that combines the finest raw materials, artisanal care and authentic flavour.
Alongside these, Babbi Home Bakery will also be featured: a range of gluten-free baking mixes designed for home baking, bringing the same quality and attention reserved for professionals into the home kitchen.
