NEW YORK – FANCY FOOD 2018
BABBI will attend NY Fancy Food within Sigep stand. Babbi aims at showing at the US market it artisan gelato and pastry ingredients, the quality of its products, its history and passion that lead every day the business of the company.
New York Summer Fancy Food (30th June – 2nd July 2018) is the main North America exhibition in the confectionary sector. This is why Babbi has decided to take part in it together with Sigep: to widespread to the US market the culture of italian artisan gelato through “gelato & cofee experiences“.
