Brioches without butter filled with Cremadelizia

Ingredients
For the brioches
- 200 gr of flour
- 200 gr of Manitoba flour
- 1 egg
- 100 gr of sugar
- 8 gr of dry brewer’s yeast
- 150 ml of warm milk
- 50 ml of seed oil
- Cremadelizia Pistacchio Babbi
- Cremadelizia Nocciola Babbi
For the surface
- 1 yolk
- Icing sugar
- Chopped pistachios / hazelnuts
Preparation
- Pour all the ingredients into the mixer and mix for 10 minutes.
- At this point, put the dough in a bowl, cover it with a cloth and let it rise until doubled.
- When the dough has doubled in volume, turn it over on a lightly floured work surface and roll out a half a centimeter thick circle.
- Make circles with a pastry bowl or glass and place them on a dripping pan lined with baking paper and let the brioches rise covered with a cloth for a couple of hours.
- Brush with the egg yolk and bake in a preheated static oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes until golden. Let it cool and stuff with the Cremedelizia Babbi.
