Coconut Water and White Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 250 g coconut water
- 50 g seed oil
- 40 g grated coconut
- 10 g Cioccodelizia Bianca Babbi
- 10 g yeast
Preparation
- Mix together flour, sugar, yeast, grated coconut and Cioccodelizia Bianca Babbi.
- Add the coconut water and the oil. Stir the mixture until it becomes foamy.
- Pour the mixture in the cake mould.
- Cook for 45 minutes at 180°.
- Powder it with icing sugar.
