  • Geloquick: A sugar-free paste mix ideal for preparing fruit gels for cremini, semifreddos, and popsicles, ensuring unique textures and ease of use. Certified Gluten Free, Vegan, and Sugar Free, it offers great versatility in the lab.
  • Fruttafrutta Lampone con pezzi (Raspberry with pieces): A sorbet base with 30% fruit and freeze-dried raspberry cubes, which can be kept intact for a crunchy texture or blended to intensify the flavor. Gluten Free and Vegan, it offers a natural and authentic experience.
  • Crema Pasticcera Cioccolato (Chocolate Pastry Cream): A ready-to-use cream with an intense flavor and dark color, perfect for fillings. It maintains its creaminess even after freezing and can be adapted to vegan recipes with plant-based beverages.
