Mini Red Velvet

Ingredients

For the Red Velvet cupcakes:

For the frosting:

  • 150 g Philadelphia cream
  • 150 g Greek yoghurt
  • 40 g icing sugar or honey

6/8 cm diameter cake mould

Preparation

  • Pour the Preparato per Red Velvet Babbi Home Bakery (Red Velvet mix) into a bowl, add the oil and eggs.
  • Stir with an electric whisk for about 3 minutes, until the mixture is smooth and lighter.
  • Pour the mixture into a 6/8 cm diameter round cake tin and bake at 180°C (static) for about 18 minutes.
  • For the Greek frosting, mix yoghurt + Philadelphia cheese + icing sugar.
  • Place the frosting on each cupcake and also have fun placing them on top of each other.
  • For contrast, crumble a cupcake to get red crumbs to scatter over the frosting!
