White Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 160 g sugar
- 1 Cioccodelizia Bianca Babbi sachet
- 2 tea spoons yeast
- 1/2 tea spoon baking soda
- 250 ml milk
- 90 ml seed oil
- 1 egg
- 1 vanilla aroma
Preparation
- Pour all the dry ingredients into a bowl, add the Cioccodelizia Bianca Babbi and mix.
- Pour the liquid ingredients into a measuring cup and mix, adding the egg.
- Quickly combine dry and wet ingredients: the dough must be grainy.
- Fill the baking cups and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
