Variegate with VARIEGATO CIOCOKROK FONDENTE BABBI, flatten and let it harden. Once hardened, cover with a layer of GOLOSA CIOCCOLATO LATTE BABBI previously frozen inside the special silicone mold, then sprayed with cocoa butter spray. Decorate at will.

Preparation

PASTA CACAO SPECIAL BABBI (code art. 12433) – No-added-sugar cocoa paste, with a high content of selected COCOA and with real DARK CHOCOLATE. The ease of use (even with a cold process) and the harmony between aroma and persistence make it a versatile product also for pastry preparations. The high cocoa content is stabilized with palm oil (RSPO).
